How to Not Worry

Worry is the worst.  It makes you feel horrid, it deteriorates your health and it causes you to look like hell.  Nobody wants to worry, but everyone does.

Worrying is hard not to do, unless you know how to combat it.  I found four things to be true in order to not worry:

  1. Keep Busy…no time to think means no time to worry.
  2. Decide On Your Passions and Pursue Them…how can you not love life if you’re having fun?
  3. Keep Away From Toxic People…say no to worriers, unsupportive friends and negative nancys.
  4. Be Knowledgeable…when you aren’t prepared, you are in a highly anxious state.
